Anyone invited to your organisation counts as a team member, regardless of their role. Viewers, editors, and managers all count the same.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes — annual billing gives you two months free. Choose annual billing during checkout or switch from your billing settings.
Your data is never deleted. If you exceed the limits of your new plan, your projects become read-only until you reduce usage or upgrade again.
